Partner, Debvoise & Plimpton LLP David Bernstein is a litigation partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property and International Dispute Resolution Groups. Dina Leytes, Esq. Associate, Lewis and Hand LLP Dina Leytes presently serves as an associate at Lewis and Hand, LLP, where she handles trademark prosecutions, domain name disputes, litigations and real estate transactions. Prior to joining Lewis and Hand in March 2008, Dina worked for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center in Geneva, Switzerland. At WIPO her responsibilities included drafting documents for international arbitrations and mediations related to intellectual property and information technology, reviewing decisions for Internet domain name proceedings under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), and providing research and written recommendations for numerous WIPO publications. Dina earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2006. During law school, Dina served as a law clerk providing litigation support for the intellectual property law firm Kolisch Hartwell and was an extern with the Coca-Cola Company in the Global Trademark division.
